ASDAN Life Skills Challenge Programme
The ASDAN Life Skills Challenge Programme is a fully bespoke course, created around your child’s interests, ability level and goals. Every learner receives individualised support, clear structure, and achievable challenges that are tailored specifically for them.
This programme is suitable for learners working from WTE1 (from age 5+) through to Level 2 (GCSE level), with wide flexibility to support different needs, abilities and future pathways.

Once enrolled, you’ll complete a simple form to share your child’s:

This helps me design a programme that feels safe, motivating and accessible from the very beginning.
2️⃣ Tailored challenges
I create a bespoke set of ASDAN challenges just for your child.
Learners can also choose from the ASDAN online bank of challenges if they prefer — giving them choice, control and ownership over their learning.
3️⃣ Clear, step-by-step learning
Each challenge includes:

🎯 Careers Support — in partnership with My Big Career 🎯
As part of the Life Skills programme, learners also benefit from additional careers guidance through My Big Career, a national charity that usually works only with schools. We are very fortunate to have their involvement.
Their trained volunteer career coaches support young people to:
• explore interests and possible future careers
• understand different qualification routes
• recognise their strengths
• build confidence in thinking about next steps
An introductory video is provided for families to explain how the coaching works.
My Big Career understands that many learners feel anxious about cameras and online sessions, and they fully support learners to take part gradually and comfortably.
This partnership adds meaningful, real-world careers support alongside your child’s ASDAN challenges.

• Optional extension: up to 24 months
This ensures learners can work entirely at their own pace, with no pressure and no deadlines.

Your child may join any intake and begin their personalised programme straight away.
